Shipping policy

Receive free Standard Shipping within Ontario with purchases of over $75 excluding sales tax. Please see Order Processing Times and Shipping Restrictions below for additional information.

Shipping Options

  • Standard: 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  • Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 

All shipping charges will be based off your shipping location and weight of items purchased. Free shipping with purchases over $75 excluding sales tax. 

 

Order Processing Times                                                                                  Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm EST (eastern region) or 2pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

 

Shipping Restrictions                                                                                         Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses. For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered "beyond points". We can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses                                                                           You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. 



Order Tracking Information                                                                                 Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.


Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.


Refused Shipments                                                                                                We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email us atcsr@campuscrew.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed.


Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.



Redirecting an Order                                                                                             Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
