At Campus Crew we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues we’d be happy to help fix the problem. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase with original bill and tags attached.
Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
After 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.
After 30 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Details
Online purchases must be mailed back to our distrubtion centre or to our Brantford, ON location listed below. Please send items back to return address.
Please note that orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund if you send your items back to our distribution centre. You will receive your refund through your original form of payment.
In Store Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy
Within 14 days of purchase: you can return your item to any Campus Crew location and receive a refund to the original method of payment with tags attached and original bill.
Within 14 days of purchase: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.
Sale items purchased less then 50% off will be exchange only. All merchandise must be in original condition and suitable for re-sale. Campus Crew will not accept merchandise for return or exchange that has been washed, worn, damaged, soiled or stained.
Sorry, all sale items greater then 50% off bought in-store are a final sale. Sale items purchased less then 50% off will be exchange only.
Return & Exchange Details
All returns or exchanges, must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.
Ship Your Items Back
If you received items by mail, it's easy to send them back!
- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below

Note: If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use one Return Label (even if some of them arrived in seperate shipments or boxes).
When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.
Online Return Refund & Processing
Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via campuscrew.com.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
In Store Returns For Online Purchases
Should you prefer to return your online purchases in store, come visit us at our Brantford, ON location only. Unfortunately we cannot except returns to our season locations.
