How to Order
Campus Crew ships internationally to the USA. To start shopping, click on the flag at the bottom of the page and choose your shipping destination. Once you choose your destination, products will be displayed in your local currency. If you don't see your country listed, we don't currently ship to that destination.
At checkout, you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. You will checkout at campuscrew.com, but all international orders will be processed by our international shipping partner.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are based on interbank rates of exchange.
Duties & Taxes
International taxes will be calculated into your final order total at checkout. Duty and customs are set by the destination. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. The amount of applicable duty and taxes will vary and will be determined and guaranteed during checkout.
We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping to our international destinations. Pricing and options will be provided at checkout.
- Standard: 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $30
- Express: 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $35
Available options for your destination will be presented at checkout. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Credit cards will be charged when your items are shipped.
When Am I Billed?
Your credit card will be billed at the time your parcel has been shipped.
How Do I Return Or Exchange The Item?
At Campus Crew we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues we’d be happy to help fix the problem. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase with original bill and tags attached.
Ship Your Items Back
If you received items by mail, it's easy to send them back!
- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below
