Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Campus Crew purchase, simply return it to a Campus Crew store located closest to you. You may return or exchange any unwashed or unworn items with the original proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase.

Final clearance merchandise (merchandise sold at 50% off the regular price or greater) may only be exchanged or returned for a store credit only.

Transaction Policy

In the case of a refund, all tender will be reimbursed to the customer exactly the way it was originally purchased.

Cash Payment = refund in cash.

Credit Card Payment = refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase. The original credit card must be presented to complete the refund.

Debit Card Payment = refund to the original debit card used to make the purchase. The original debit card must be presented to complete the refund.

Gift Card Payment = Refund is issued to a Store Credit.

Price Adjustments

Campus Crew offers a one time only price adjustment within 10 days of the original purchase on all current merchandise. Simply go to a store nearest to you and provide the cashier with the original receipt. Price adjustments will not be accepted on final clearance merchandise.

From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available.

Price adjustments are considered to be refunds so all policies regarding the refund transaction policy are applicable.
