Store Manager
STORE MANAGER:
- Responsible for the management of all store operations and personnel functions.
- Responsible to meet and exceed all company set sales goals.
- Provides support, training, and development for the team with the ultimate goal being to satisfy our customers and achieve sales goals.
- Provides support to all management levels in store and inspires the team to succeed and achieve both personal and store goals with energetic and motivational leadership.
- Supported by Campus Crew's comprehensive sales and training program, management training program, and management team.
- Promotes career growth of team members.
- Must posses strong merchandising abilities
Requirements:
- 3+ years retail experience required.
- High energy, enthusiasm and an intense desire to be the best.
- Must show some leadership characteristics and people managing skills.
- Must have a history of meeting and exceeding all personal sales goals.
- Fundamental computer skills an asset.
- Full time position.
