Store Manager

STORE MANAGER:

  • Responsible for the management of all store operations and personnel functions.
  • Responsible to meet and exceed all company set sales goals.
  • Provides support, training, and development for the team with the ultimate goal being to satisfy our customers and achieve sales goals.
  • Provides support to all management levels in store and inspires the team to succeed and achieve both personal and store goals with energetic and motivational leadership.
  • Supported by Campus Crew's comprehensive sales and training program, management training program, and management team.
  • Promotes career growth of team members.
  • Must posses strong merchandising abilities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years retail experience required.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and an intense desire to be the best.
  • Must show some leadership characteristics and people managing skills.
  • Must have a history of meeting and exceeding all personal sales goals.
  • Fundamental computer skills an asset.
  • Full time position.
