Regional Sales & Ops Manager

REGIONAL SALES & OPS MANAGER:

  • Directs and supervises sales, operations, and personal development for an average of 10 to 15 stores within a geographic region.
  • Keeps managers focused on our #1 goal of achieving and exceeding all set goals.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to complete the execution of all corporate directives.
  • Train and develop a winning management team training/development within the stores to ensure the highest level of customer service are consistently delivered.
  • Promotes career growth of team members.
  • Maintain and liaison team relationships with the home office.
  • Supported by Campus Crew's comprehensive sales and training program, management training program, and management team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful District Manager or retail management experience (or combination of both).
  • An all-star team player and leader with a history of leading in every facet of management with sales and service being #1.
  • Must be an excellent communicator, trainer, and team developer.
  • Must have a history of meeting and exceeding all company set sales goals.
  • Fundamental computer skills an asset.
  • Full time position.
  • Ensures the proper use of all company training guides and tools.
  • Creates an atmosphere of job ownership and career advancement.
  • Maintains a team focus on achieving and exceeding all company set sales goals.
