Manager In Training (M.I.T.)
MANAGER IN TRAINING (M.I.T):
- Key responsibility is the generation of sales by leading in personal sales achievement, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assists manager with associate training, merchandising and creating a fun, winning environment on the sales floor.
- Supported by comprehensive sales and product training program, management training program, and mentoring.
Requirements:
- High Energy, enthusiastic team player
- Should be career oriented and interested in advancing into more senior management positions.
- Must have a history of meeting and exceeding all personal sales goals.
- Fundamental computer skills an asset.
- Full time position.
