Assistant Manager

ASSISTANT MANAGER:

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and leading in generation of sales through leadership on the sales floor.
  • Assists manager in hiring, training, and development of sales team
  • Assists manager in all merchandising and presentation aspects of store
  • Supports manager in their sales and operations responsibilities and helps create an environment where fun and winning is paramount.
  • Supported by comprehensive sales and training program, management training program, and management team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years retail experience required.
  • Must be an enthusiastic, high-energy team player where customer service at every level is part of the game.
  • Should be career oriented and interested in advancing to manage their own store.
  • Fundamental computer skills an asset.
  • Full-time position
