Assistant Manager
ASSISTANT MANAGER:
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and leading in generation of sales through leadership on the sales floor.
- Assists manager in hiring, training, and development of sales team
- Assists manager in all merchandising and presentation aspects of store
- Supports manager in their sales and operations responsibilities and helps create an environment where fun and winning is paramount.
- Supported by comprehensive sales and training program, management training program, and management team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years retail experience required.
- Must be an enthusiastic, high-energy team player where customer service at every level is part of the game.
- Should be career oriented and interested in advancing to manage their own store.
- Fundamental computer skills an asset.
- Full-time position
